Returns and Exchanges

  • Return and exchange requests need to be placed within 7 days after the delivery date. Kindly place the request via email at
  • Email MUST INCLUDE 1. Reason for Return or Exchange 2. Photos of the product in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition with all labels and hang tags attached and intact and in the transparent packaging.
  • In case you fail to adhere to the above, we will not have the necessary information to process your return. Therefore your request will not be approved.
  • Your order will be picked-up within 2-3 working days after we approve your request.
  • In the unlikely event of a serious product defect, we will definitely accommodate you. The process will be the same as above

We do not offer refunds for any orders. Once your email request is approved we will issue store credit in the form of a discount code worth the product or order amount, depending on the issue. This discount code will be valid for 30 days on our website.
We will not be issuing store credit for the delivery charges.
The discount code will be valid for 30 days from the date of it being issued.
Products on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
