Returns & Exchange

If for any reason, you would want to return or exchange the product, we’d be heartbroken of course :(  but here’s all you need to know:

  • To initiate your returns or exchange drop us an email on with your Order ID and Phone number. To fasten the process please send us photos of the unused clothing with tags intact in the clear packaging that every CFC product is packed in. Keep the receipts and tags on! No take-backs if they’re off 
  • We usually respond within 48 hours so please wait to hear from us
  • We will initiate a return/exchange pickup, you can expect further communication via email
  • Please send the product(s) back to us in its original condition
  • BTW! You’ve got 10 days to exchange the product
  • In case of returns, we will issue a Cuddles for Cubs credit note that can be redeemed in the next 2 months on our website
  • There will be no exchange or refund on items bought during clearance sale.
