At Cuddles for Cubs, we understand that sometimes things may not be exactly what you were hoping for. That's why we offer easy returns and exchanges!

If you need to return or exchange an item, just click here

You will be asked to enter your order number. From there, you can select the items you want to exchange. Our team will be in touch as soon as possible to guide you through the process.

To ensure that we can process your exchange, please make sure that the clothing is unused and the tags are still attached.

If you need to return an item, we will issue store credit that you can use on our website within the next month.

We try our best to respond within 48 hours, so please be patient while we work to make things right for you. Items purchased during any clearance sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
