Add a teaspoon of turmeric to hot water and let them inhale the steam
It can reduce inflammation associated with allergies or sinusitis (inflammation of the sinuses). If your child has been feeling congested lately, try adding some extra turmeric into his/her diet by making their favorite dish with this ingredient!
Use carom seeds for cold and cough treatment
