Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order online, assuming the order has not already been shipped. We sometimes dispatch orders within few hours of our customers placing an order so we request you to contact us immediately.

Please write to us at as soon as possible to cancel your order. In the event of a cancellation, your payment will be returned to your account within 2 – 3 weeks.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We work very hard to ensure that the highest quality standards are met and therefore do not offer returns.

We only offer returns if you have bought the wrong size or received a damaged product.

Wrong Size: If you need to change the clothing size, please courier the package back to us at:

In this case, we would require you to bear the cost of shipping back the product to the above address. We will ship the correct size to you once we received your return. Please note, we highly recommend buying a larger size to avoid this issue and checking the size you select before you check out.

All products returned must be unused and in their original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for returns or exchanges. We cannot accept returns or exchanges that we receive after 14 days from delivery date. We also require the original invoice to be sent along with the product.

Damaged Product: In the unfortunate event that you have received a damaged product, please email us an image of the product on within 24 hours of delivery and after approving from our quality assurance department we will send across instructions for exchange of the same.

Please note all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do you calculate shipping, taxes, and duties?

We believe in providing the most seamless shopping experience and therefore offer free shipping on all orders!

How long will it take for an order to arrive?

Orders, once dispatched, are scheduled to arrive within 4-6 business days in India depending on your location.

How can I track my order placed online?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking number information. You can track your order status online by visiting the Track Order Page or by logging in to your account if you have created one.

Could I change the shipping address of an order?

Shipping address can only be modified before the order is billed or shipped. We strive to be as flexible as possible, however, we also ship your order promptly to make sure you receive it quickly.

What happens if I am not home when the package arrives?

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete and accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and fast delivery.

Could I ship products in one order to multiple addresses?

To ship to more than one address, please create separate orders.

I did not receive my order. What should I do?

Orders within India are delivered in 4-6 business days once dispatched. If your order has not arrived in this time frame, please contact us with your order number at
